Balaboosta - Perfect recipes from a perfect housewife

I can't wait until this cookbook comes out in print.  I've tried several of the recipes, and while it is convenient to take the iPad to the kitchen, I want to own the "tree" version of this one.

Balaboosta, by New York restaurateur (and Chopped Champion) Einat Admony, is a treasure-trove of stories and recipes.  I like the way the book is divided...sections for The Grown Up Table, Kidding Around, Hurry, Hurry (Quick and Easy recipes), The First Cut is the Deepest (comfort foods), etc.

Since hot weather has set in here, I've been trying to think cool thoughts...and one of those thoughts is always "what do I want to eat, or drink?"  How about Rose' Sangria?  Sounds cooling, doesn't it?  Frozen peaches, rose', mint syrup, fresh mint leaves, lime wedges, and an optional shot of vodka.  That's the first recipe in the book, and you would do well to mix up a pitcher of Sangria and settle in to read the rest of the book...post-it flags in hand.
